Sky Bridge Undermount Lighting Fixture

This project was inspired by the natural beauty of the woodwork throughout our clients custom home. The area under the living room sky bridge was dark and needed illumination. We selected White Oak as the species, to compliment the other woods in the adjacent rooms. The classic technique of fuming with ammonia was used to achieve a deep golden brown tone to stand out from the wood ceiling. Hand-blown glass shades added a softened appeal to the piece.
